Payments, Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy

We strive to ensure that goods ordered are accurate to your approved proof & of the highest quality. Goods you design/order are customized & unique to you.  Due to the extensive work required prior to printing & delivery of your order (e.g. artwork, prep, etc.) you are charged at the time your order is placed.  

Because of the customized nature of these goods, we can not allow cancellations once we begin printing. Orders can enter printing process as early as 1 business day after they are placed. We allow cancellations on orders that have been processed but have not yet begun printing.
Screen Printing turn around time is 7  – 10 business days.

Cancellation in this phase are subject to a 15% fee of the order total. This covers costs associated with preparing an order, including artwork processing, pre-press processing & material preparation costs.  

Refunds/exchanges are not accepted after an order has been printed and/or shipped. If, upon receipt of your merchandise, you feel your order was incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us at 678-368-0303 to submit a claim within 5 days of your delivery date.

Claims are handled on a case-by-case basis.
